The semi-pro Stiga Snow Blizzard is designed to clear large quantities of snow from larger domestic properties or small business premises is a powerful and reliable two-stage machine which will clear even tightly packed snow and ice. Powered by a hardworking ,freeze resistant engine Briggs and Stratton engine, this machine offers reliability and high performance in the coldest of temperatures. It clears snow with a strong toothed, steel auger, which turns and pulverises the snow, pushing it back to an impellor which forces it up and out of a snow exit chute, away from your cleared area. The auger has a clearing width of 69 centimetres for fast clearance of your medium to large patio, yard or drive. Snow skids, fitted to the auger hood are adjustable to enable variation of the auger’s operating height so you can you to clear on uneven surfaces without picking up and throwing unwanted stones. Transmission is manual with six forward gears and two reverse gears. It is fully steerable, with an electric start and a manual recoil start, complete with oversized handled for gloved use. The snow exit chute is rotatable (190°) enabling you to direct the snow where required. Control is one-handed. enabling operation of both chute rotation and pitch without having to stop work. A strong LED headlight allows work during poor visibility and the 16inch wheels have chunky Maxi Grip tyres for improved traction in icy conditions.
