The Castelgarden XE-70 Ride-on Lawnmower is powered by a 6.5hp Briggs & Stratton overhead-valve engine with electric start and has a four-speed manual transmission (including reverse). Its compact size makes it ideal for smaller gardens and for mowing close to borders, shrubs and trees. It has a smooth-start clutch for perfect engagement, while the cutter blade has a safety brake. The cutting height is adjustable in five-stages and grass clippings are delivered cleanly into rear-mounted collection box, which is easily emptied from the seat.

Its hydrostatic drive allows you to change gear without stopping and its manually engaged 'One-step Collect' cutter deck discharges clippings cleanly into its rear-mounted grassbox, which gives an audible warning when full.
