Designed for larger premises, where business must continue, the Snow Power, has a large 84cm clearing width and 61cm high intake. Ideal for small estates, car dealerships and similar, it’s dual-stage action will break up compacted snow and ice with a heavy-duty, toothed, steel auger to break up snow and feed it to an impellor which throws it up and out, of a snow distribution chute.
Excellent performance even in freezing cold is given by the reliable clean and cool, Briggs and Stratton OHV 305cc engine. Fully steerable, there is a variomatic drive providing 6 forward gears and 2 reverse, for smooth and even control and manoeuvrability. The snow chute rotates through 200 ° to give flexibility when re-locating the snow stream and both rotation and pitch are carried out from the dashboard. The rotation is electric and the pitch is controlled with a crank-handle. One-handed operation means you don’t or move from the driving position to do this.
Both an electric start and a recoil start are included and the recoil handle is large-sized so you can start the machine wearing gloves. Snow skids fitted to the auger hood, are fully adjustable enabling adjustment of the clearing height, for working on awkward or uneven surfaces. A bright LED headlight is included and the heavy-duty wheels are fitted with Maxi Grip tyres for better grip on icy terrain.
