Comfort is ensured by its superb balance and by the incorporation of a highly effective anti-vibration system, while smooth starting is guaranteed thanks to Stihl’s ElastoStart system. Other important features include the Quick Stop Super chain brake, which stops the saw when the rear handle is released, or in the event of kick-back; the Oilomatic chain lubrication system, which significantly reduces wear, consequently extending the life of the cutting attachment; the Rapid Super Comfort chain for an extremely smooth cutting performance and Chain Quick Tensioning which allows the chain tension to be easily adjusted, without the need for tools.
