STIHL MS460 RHD EMERGENCY SERVICES CHAINSAW 20" GUIDE

The Stihl MS460-R RHD Emergency Services Chainsaw is a special saw for use by rescue crews, emergency services and disaster recovery teams. This is a compact, high-performance tool which builds up enormous power, even at medium speeds, and which features the Rapid Duro R chain with reinforcement of tungsten carbide and cobalt. Easy and quick starting is ensured thanks to Stihl’s ElastoStart ignition system and the inclusion of a decompression valve, while extended periods of use are made possible by this saw’s highly-effective anti-vibration system. Other outstanding features include Quick Stop Super chain brake, which stops the saw when the rear handle is released, or in the event of kick-back; the Oilomatic chain lubrication system, which significantly reduces wear, consequently extending the life of the cutting attachment, and Side Chain Tensioning which allows the chain tension to be easily adjusted, without risk of contact with the chain.
