Designed for lawns of between one and two acres, the Castel TC13.5/92B Rear-Discharge Lawn Tractor has a large-sized 92cm working-width and is powered by a 13.5hp Briggs & Stratton four-stroke engine for reduced maintenance, lower running-costs and fewer harmful emissions. Its high-quality ContraFlo cutter deck not only ensures a superior finish, but also maximises collection efficiency; while its six-speed gearbox (inc. reverse) provides excellent manoeuvrability and lets you set the ground speed to suit the prevailing conditions. The blades are engaged using a ‘soft-touch’ electro-magnetic clutch for reduced wear; and the huge 250-litre collector is equipped with an audible ‘full’ warning, which guards against over-filling (this can cause the discharge-chute to become blocked). If you want to work without the collector, you can purchase the optional mulch-kit. Other features include a deck-washing facility for easy cleaning; a seven-position cutting-height for different grass-lengths and weather conditions; and headlights for safe low-light operation. An optional deflector chute is also available – this allows you to tackle long-grass areas with the collector detached.
