When working in mulching mode, cut grass is retained under the deck where it is finely shredded before being forced back into the lawn to decompose, becoming a superb organic fertiliser.
The 4610H also incorporates Al-Ko's innovative 'Ultimow' concept. This means that the deck is cast in one piece, rather than being welded, conferring extra strength, durability and rust-resistance. The deck is also slightly offset, providing access to lawn edges and reducing the need for grass clipping.
