The 520BR incorporates Al-Ko's 'Ultimow' technology, which presents a number of advantages. Firstly, rather than being welded, the deck is instead cast in one piece, maximising strength, durability and rust-resistance, while also improving airflow, which optimises both collection and mulching performance. Secondly, the deck is offset (to the left), allowing you to cut right to the edge of your lawn, radically reducing the amount of time-consuming grass clipping needed.
Other performance-enhancing features include new extra-wide tyres, which protect the lawn and ensure the best possible drive-comfort; and a seven-stage adjustable cutting height, which allows you to adapt the machine to operate efficiently in difficult grass or weather conditions. A high-volume grass collector with level-indicator is supplied as standard.
